Quality assessment of DNA extracts for downstream molecular analysis

This poster relates to work carried out under Project DX2 - Quality toolkit for rapid nucleic acid diagnostic testing technologies (Rapid NA toolkit) of the NMS Chemical and Biological Metrology programme.

The aim of the study was to identify a panel of metrics to quality assess DNA extracts to determine their “fitness for purpose” for specific downstream applications.
