This issue features LGC's work on sulfur isotope measurements in a single hair strand by laser ablation multicollector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This new method has the potential to enable tracking of recent geographical movements of terrorists thereby providing a powerful tool for international law enforcement, forensics and security.
