NMS Helpdesk

The NMS Helpdesk at LGC provides organisations with access to experts in a range of analytical, chemical and biological measurement technologies and related topics such as analytical quality assurance, method validation, measurement uncertainty, reference materials and proficiency testing.

Advice is normally provided free of charge, but occasionally it may be necessary to charge fees to cover the costs of dealing with more complex enquiries.

With support from the Measurement for Innovators (MFI) programme, UK SMEs (small and medium size companies) may qualify for greater levels of free advice and consultancy support to assist with the development of measurement-related products and services.
