The Lean approach to process improvements has formed the basis of a long standing system designed to drive quality and performance within the workplace. Lean practices have transformed leading global industries such as Toyota, Motorola and Dell.
This course introduces the fundamental principles behind Lean practices and the systematic approach to continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to use valuable techniques such as KANBAN, process mapping, cause & effect diagrams, Pareto diagrams, process modelling and performance measurement tools.
